   The following research and design deliverables may be used to identify and outline functionality and user needs early on: personas, journey maps, use cases, surveys, observations, user and stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiry, heuristic reviews, and brainstorming sessions.

   Your digital presence should be a continuation of your brand and physical space. I’ll work with you to understand your current creative and translate it to the digital world. If you don’t have much of a brand established, I can help build out your brand strategy as part of the project.

   Design thinking is a flexible and iterative process that aims to develop useful and valuable products based on a user’s needs. Design thinking can help identify problems and an array of solutions all with different levels of difficulty and return on investment (ROI). By encouraging creative thinking, the design thinking process can illuminate a better idea, versus the first idea. On the other hand, it can also identify ideas that are destined to fail early on in the project lifecycle. Leveraging design thinking saves your business time and money.
4. Optimize the consumer experience
   It’s predicted that consumer experience will soon overtake price and product as the key brand differentiator and point that drives sales. In preparation for this, I train through the Interaction Design Foundation, the market leader in online design education, on the latest user experience best practices and design thinking methods. My designs are not only visually appealing but also highly usable.
5. Build for mobile first with responsive websites
   Today’s web users are busy, distracted, and often on the go. To reach them where they are, I design and build sites for mobile first. They are fully responsive so that they can adapt to different browser sizes and devices.
