Today I’m sharing a selection of abstract paintings by Heather Day. One thing that I love about Heather’s work is how all of her pieces — whether on a wall or in a notebook — embody her unique style. It’s not just a line.. it’s Heather’s line. I think that, especially for abstract work, this is something special.

In my own designs, I dabble.. and dabble hard. I don’t have a strong set style that comes through in all of my work. I do, however, think that having a set style helps others recognize and resonate with your work. So, the style of other artists and the evolution of my personal style is something that I think about often.
