PWSA Community Lead Response

I worked with PWSA to tackle the communication challenges they faced when rolling out their service line replacement program to eligible customers in 2018. The project began with a thorough audit to determine what new materials would be needed and what should change about the existing process.

From the audit’s recommendations, I worked on the following items:

  • Name and brand of the lead program
  • 2 postcards
  • Several door hangers
  • 4 infosheets
  • Website (design and development)
  • Folder
  • Letterhead
  • Envelopes
  • Templates of some materials for staff use

Some unique challenges that I faced with this project were a tight timeline, understanding what and when information is issued, and ensuring that designs would work with variable mail merge data.
